Each family is unique. A family lawyer must know how to listen and welcome the singularity of the client’s personal and family history. This will allow the lawyer to assist the client as closely as possible to his interests and to offer him tailor-made solutions.

Fees

The first appointment is invoiced at the fixed sum of 250€ including tax.

Thereafter, NEWERA’s fees are calculated in proportion to the time spent on the case.

A success fee can be discussed when the file is opened.

The fees do not cover disbursements or costs. They do not include the costs and fees of external advisors and participants (correspondents, bailiffs, etc.).

At the end of the first meeting, NEWERA and the client enter into fee arrangements that provide for the billing terms and the hourly rate.

A fee advance, the amount of which will be determined according to the complexity of the case, will be requested.

NEWERA guarantees total transparency on invoicing and automatically sends its clients invoices together with a detailed statement of the services rendered in connection with the case, on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
